A home inspection considers readily accessible areas and systems, including the roof, exterior, structure, heating and cooling, electrical, plumbing, insulation, and interior. It is a visual, non-invasive assessment. Access limitations and the agreed scope affect what can be inspected.
Can I request radon testing or thermal imaging?
Yes. Both are offered by TM Inspections. Tell Tony which service you need, or what concern you want to investigate. The testing method, scope, timing, and price will be confirmed before booking.
What can thermal imaging tell me?
Thermal imaging shows patterns in surface temperature. Those patterns can help guide further investigation, but they require interpretation and do not provide a view through walls. Suspected issues may need additional checks.
How much does an inspection cost?
